Since starting our company in 2020 during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, our mission has been simple: provide reliable home improvement services while building lasting relationships with our customers throughout the Upstate South Carolina area.
What began as a financial leap of faith quickly became a growing local business built on hard work, integrity, and dedication to every project. With a baby boy on the way and only a few dollars left each month, founder Logan Lawless knew something had to change. That determination became the foundation of Lawless Home Improvement — a company focused on helping homeowners improve their spaces with honesty and care.

Logan Lawless
Owner & Licensed South Carolina Contractor
Logan brings more than 12 years of hands-on experience in home improvement and remodeling. His specialties include trim carpentry, drywall repair, bathroom remodeling, and waterproofing solutions. Before starting Lawless Home Improvement, Logan served in the United States Air Force and later worked as a General Manager for Domino’s Pizza, where he developed strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Today, Logan combines that experience with a passion for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. He especially enjoys meeting new clients, building relationships, and finding ways to improve every project from start to finish.
